Do you offer support and training?
Yes! We can tailor a support and training program to suit your needs. On site and remote training sessions are available. Support is handled by phone and remote access software . Our optional yearly support contract includes unlimited phone support and free upgrades. (The first 90 days of support is free.)
Can the program be changed?
Certainly. While many requests can be handled through our extensive user-controlled parameters, there are times when the application requires customization. We have modified the software for many of our clients. These changes can be simple or complex and include new reports, input screens or database.
Is CompuScapes easy to learn and use?
It sure is! CompuScapes was written with the novice user in mind. Help prompts appear for each field to help you learn faster, and an easy to understand Users manual starts with System Setup and leads you step by step for every function. While you can certainly get started on your own, many of our clients prefer on-site training, which we gladly offer.
